At Pip & Co. we create designs that please young & old, using only the finest materials. Our lightweight acrylic is imported from Germany  and our wood comes from Australia. We are lucky to have found one of Melbourne's best laser cutters who helps us finish each product just perfectly. We carefully package each piece to ensure safe arrival at your home.

We take great pride in our products and go to great lengths to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. Our pieces are sealed in a protective cover, packed in cardboard and then enclosed in bubble wrap.

Our postage & handling charges are outlined below. These charges are automatically calculated and added to your shopping cart when you shop online with us.

Australia & New Zealand

• Payment through Paypal. You do not have to register with Paypal to pay with your credit card.
• We use Express Post or a Courier Service. A signature may be required to accept your items.
• Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
• P & H cost - Australia and New Zealand

- $8 for orders up to $39

- $15 for orders between $40 to $99

- $20 for orders between $100 to $299

- Free for orders over $300.

International

• Payment through Paypal. Note: you do not have to register with Paypal to pay with your credit card.
• We use Air Mail only. 
• Please allow anywhere between 7 days to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on your country of residence. 
• P & H cost - International:

- $30 for orders up to $99 (Australian Dollars)

- $40 for orders between $100 - 399 (Australian Dollars)

- Free for orders over $400 (Australian Dollars)

Care Instructions
We know that your Pip & Co product will be a much-loved adornment in your home for many years to come. The following care instructions will ensure it stays in pristine condition:

• Please read the mounting, safety and care instructions which are packaged with your product.
• Use a clean, very soft cloth to wipe your Pip & Co piece clean. Do not use window cleaner or any other chemical cleaning solution, as it may scratch the product.
• Handle all our pieces with care, particularly the acrylic mirror product. As with any mirrored acrylic piece, please make sure you do not damage the back of the product as it will destroy the mirror effect.
• Do not bend the product.

How to affix your silhouette to a wall

• Check that your wall is smooth, clean, dust-free and dry. If you have recently painted your wall, please ensure that the paint has completely dried.
• Your Pip & Co wall silhouette comes with a special double sided tape to affix it permanently to the wall. If you want to use more tape, please ensure the tape is acid free. We strongly recommend 3M double coated adhesive foam tape for permanently fixing your product. 
• For non-permanent affixment of the product, we strongly suggest 3M adhesive removable strips, available at most supermarkets. 
• To remove the silhouette from the wall, please ensure you twist the tape as you remove it. DO NOT pull the product with force, as you may damage it. 
• Pip & Co will not be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from the use of our products.

Payment options:

• Our online store accepts PayPal payments only.
• However, please note you can pay with credit card through PayPal WITHOUT signing up to PayPal. Simply follow the check out process and on the PayPal screen, select to pay with a credit card instead. 
• For phone orders, we accept credit card or cheque payments.

Refund & Return policy:

• We understand it can be tempting to order many Pip & Co objects, but please choose wisely, as we do not offer a refund if you change your mind.
• If you receive an Pip & Co object that has been damaged during shipping, then please inform us (jane@pipandco.com.au) within 24 hours. We will ask you to post the piece back to us in its original packaging using registered post. As soon as we have received the damaged item, we'll refund your money. Of course we will replace the item for you immediately. If you do not contact us within 24 hours, we are unfortunately unable to offer a replacement.
